When it comes to massage therapy, every minute counts!
Unlike most of our competitors, we provide the FULL 60 minutes of actual therapy time rather than the typical 50 minutes. It's just as important to us that we meet your needs during the visit, certainly more time on problematic areas will help.
Touch of Balance has donated over 100 hours of volunteer chair/table massage towards the local community. From fundraiser massages for childhood cancer research to gift certificate donations for the Larimer County Humane society, we've done it all. We love Loveland/Fort Collins and we're going to continue to help them move in a positive direction!
As a small business, we build a good majority of our clientele through word of mouth. Every referral is rewarded with an additional 30 minutes and a FREE upgrade or $30 towards your future paid session. Thank you!
I graduated from IBMC in 2012 and have been growing as a Massage Therapist ever since. My educational backgrounds and experience in healthcare for the past 5 years complement my style of massage therapy wonderfully. Since I believe massage therapy is essential to the maintenance and daily rehabilitation of the body, my mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. My goal as a therapist is to focus on enabling my clients to deliver their best performances every day.
From the corrective care plan to the stress reducing deep relaxation massage, I like to pride myself on having an intuitive touch and understanding of the muscles and their relationship to the rest of the body. This gives me the tools needed to evaluate the body and help alleviate the problem.
Outside of massage therapy, I enjoy independent study of natural herbal/holistic/natural remedies and nutrition. As a true Colorado native, I also have a great passion for the outdoors and spend my free time hiking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, biking, and photography. I love living in Colorado and fully appreciate all of the beauty and sport that this state has to offer.

Welcome, and take your first step in your healing journey!
I am a recent graduate of the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy, and am a certified neuromuscular therapist. Becoming a massage therapist appealed to me because it enabled me to improve people's quality of life by reducing pain and providing much needed relaxation. I enjoy giving Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and neuromuscular massages, and often incorporate numerous techniques into a massage session so that I can best meet the needs of my clients. A lot of people don't understand why they are feeling pain in certain areas, and I like the challenge of applying my knowledge of referral pain patterns and postural analysis to piece together which specific muscles are bothering a person, what could be the contributing factors, and then developing a treatment plan. I believe massage should be an important part of everyone's wellness plan, as it is preventative medicine, basic maintenance for muscular health, and helps in muscle injury rehabilitation and the healing of chronic pain patterns caused by strained or overused muscles.
When I'm not doing massages, I enjoy spending my time backpacking, climbing, doing yoga, reading, and teaching science classes as a substitute teacher.
